Hello, Friends!
All Business Portrait Sessions are currently offered at our So. San Francisco Studio, we can also schedule headshots and corporate executive sessions at your location, but that’s a different snapshot of our services.
At the South Linden Studio, in South San Francisco, our Business Professional Photo Sessions are scheduled Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays between 10 am and 3 pm for the best light. If you need another time, we may still be able to work with you, just let us know.
Standard Headshots and Professional Business Individual Sessions take up to an hour to create a selection of images on your choice of two backgrounds -- casual white, formal black, high-key white, lavender, gold, or brown. You’ll want to bring along 2-3 changes of clothes (or accessories).
Individual Headshot Sessions at Sweet Light Studios are $200, due at the time of booking to hold your date and include 2 hi-resolution Digital Portraits. 
Personal Branding Sessions are a little more involved and utilize up to an hour & half of studio time to create a selection of images on your choice of two backgrounds. You’ll want to bring along 2-3 changes of clothes plus props to showcase your profession.
Personal Branding Sessions at Sweet Light Studios are $300, due at time of booking to hold your date and include 3 Luminous 5x7 portraits with matching hi-resolution Digital Portraits.
Additional portraits are always available through your private online viewing gallery for $100 each. Digital Portraits are emailed within 1 business day of order, expect a little more time for your portrait prints to arrive in the mail.
If you would like a makeover or grooming, the service is an additional $200.
Please be aware that artists' services add about an hour to your session time.

Every Professional Business Portrait Session Includes:
- phone or video consultation session, to plan and prepare
- professional pose coaching to ensure you're picture-perfect
- private online proof gallery
- fully retouched hi-resolution digital files, sized for print and social media use
After we wrap your photoshoot I download all the images for your immediate review so you may select your best images at that time. Your image selections will be processed and emailed the next business day, unmarked, in web-resolution for immediate use.
Images come loose in a hi-res digital file for future printing and use online. Should you need more time to decide, all sessions will include an online proof gallery for selection.
